It's a great pleasure to announce a new opening in our team, just a few months after we successfully hired the new Client Service Manager / Business Development Specialist!
This time, our team is on the lookout for a committed Account Manager: a proactive industry networker, passionate about HR and customer support.
If you're a construction industry professional and a strong communicator willing to help companies find the best candidates for their open positions, we'd love to hear more about you. If you're also a true team player and a self-starter, you might be the fit we are aiming to find!
Candidate's background and skills:
- Higher education in one or more of the following areas:
Another engineering discipline,
and /or Management;
- Experience with direct communication with clients/companies;
- Minimum 2 years of overall work experience.
- A demonstrated experience in human resources management and/or marketing and a solid understanding of:
- Construction industry professional roles and related job profile requirements,
- Construction industry processes (design, consulting, execution, etc.)
Skills and digital tools proficiency:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly PowerPoint);
- Excellent communication skills and general tech literacy;
- Desire to learn about the OROOK platform and contribute to improving it;
- Interest in learning about and adopting new tech tools;
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude;
- Experience with Slack, Slite, Trello, and Airtable (desirable).
What you will do as an Account Manager:
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with our clients;
- Ensure that clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion;
- Communicate our clients' needs and demands with the sales, marketing, and support teams;
- Work to carry out clients' goals while meeting the OROOK goals and standards;
- Create copy for the open job positions in accordance with the clients' needs;
- Filter our database to search for prospective candidates and reach out to them via email/phone (if needed);
- Work with our sales and marketing teams to promote open jobs to professionals;
- Coordinate with all OROOK team members to ensure consistent client service.
